Polish Club Albion was officially founded and registered in 1984. Following nine years of construction works the club building was officially opened by the Hon. Jeff Kennett MP – then Premier of Victoria, on the 23 of March 1993.

The club facilities include:
- Free car park with over 130 parking spots
- Restaurant seating 80 people
- Bar
- 3 indoor and 1 outdoor eating areas
- Large reception hall (up to 300 people)
- Small reception hall (60 people)
- Stage with large LCD screen (2.5 x 4.5 m), sound and lighting system
The club provides services to a variety of users, represented by:
Interest groups
- Billiards
- Card games (Bridge)
- Dances (Rock and Roll and Zumba)
- Seniors
Organizations
- Polish School
- Polish Weekly newspaper
- The Polish Museum and Archives in Australia
- Western Eagles SC
- Many other institutions are using club facilities for conferences, training and related activities
Private users, for:
- Weddings
- Birthday parties
- Christening parties
- Funeral meals
